CEBO organises unique cooking class dedicated to Eid al Adha in collaboration with National Foods

DUBAI/KARACHI: Chef Samia Lari, the CEO, and President of CEBO Management Company, has recently organized a unique cooking class dedicated to Bakra Eid cooking with the collaboration of National Foods Pakistan. The event was hosted in Karachi, Pakistan, and was made possible by our esteemed collaboration partners, Glam Gas, SK Cookware, Mono Lights, Happy Cow, and our academic supporting partner, Karachi Chef Association.
The aim of the cooking class was to help participants learn the art of Bakra Eid cooking under the expert guidance of some of the country’s most renowned chefs. The session was divided into two parts, with over 20 recipes being shared with the students by 10 chefs leading the cooking session. These included Chef Hira Jaffery, Chef Huma Salman, Chef Farzana Perveen, Chef Farzana Imran, Chef Khanam Zafar, Chef Samia Adil, Chef Vajiha Saeed, Chef Ayesha Noman, Chef Sara Haris, and Chef Sahar Ashfaq.
The attendees had a unique opportunity to learn and practice culinary skills under the guidance of the most famous chefs in the entrepreneur chef . Starting from how to select the best Bakra (goat) meat to cutting it the right way, marinating it with perfect ingredients, and mastering the cooking techniques; every step was demonstrated in detail by the expert chefs.
The cooking class also featured some incredibly motivated sessions that proved to be a huge hit among the students. Chef Saima Maqbool ( REGIONAL SALES HEAD OF NATIONAL FOODS PAKISTAN SOUTH) ,a leading expert on food costing, conducted a session that provided valuable insights into food cost management strategies. Chef Noureen Ashraf helped students to understand and practice food safety practices. Furthermore, Ms. Roohi Akbar shared tips and tricks on effective marketing strategies. All of the sessions provided the students with the tools they need to be successful in the culinary world.
The event was attended by more than 250 participants, including aspiring chefs, homemakers, and food enthusiasts, who were guided by the expert chefs and the support team. The Mango Competition23 was among the highlights of the cooking class, where participants demonstrated their creativity and culinary skills by preparing exceptional dishes with mangoes.
